My supplier can get genuine OEM screens for about £50 but they dont get that many in stock. and when they do come into stock they fly out

No chance is a screen £25.

Even if you search on ebay theres one for £70 1000000% genuine apparantly

Not true.

Back cover replacement is £25.00

£120 for a replacement phone is you have cracked the screen

IIRC apple walk in walk out replacement screen is around the £25 mark.

Ah no probs.

I have a couple of suppliers but they are strictly trade only. One I did use on ebay for a few months and had no issues were from a guy called angrypear

Had one yesterday that fit like crap, touching on some edges then leaving a gap on some. Also find they must be thicker or something because the home button tends to sit really low on some of them.

Is there any way to test the screen without fitting them? Had one tonight, spent 30 mins fitting it to find it was very lightly flickering, I normally only keep one of each screen in so didn't have another, put the original broken one back on and that was fine. Now got to order another in but won't be till the weekend = annoyed customer. Also, ebay seller is saying they won't accept a return without the original shipping label or something.

I usually buy them in and keep them in the cupboard till I need them which can sometimes be a few weeks meaning I can no longer return them when I find come to fit them and out they're faulty. :(

No

The Lcds are genuine apple but frames are not

If a power seller says it's genuine it'll likely be genuine.

They won't actually be genuine though and if they are they'll be too dear. I've had £20 iPhone 4/4S screen that have been great and others that have fit like dog turd.

You just want to add "genuine" into your ebay search. Can't really go wrong then.

Tried loads now, some have been good, some bad (really bad) problem is I can't remember which ones the good ones were now and need to order some more today...

If anyone knows a half decent supplier let me know
