This question depends largly on what hosting you've got. If you're not hosting the board yourself you'll need to look at places like Bravenet and EZBoards. However I'd spend the time learning a little systems admin and PHP and installing something like phpBB or XMB on proper hosting. There's enough people on here that don't mind talking geek and will be able to sort you out if you for the latter (superior) option.

PixelHosts.com are good hosts, and they have all the stuff u need for forums, chat etc. and are cheep.
