If are using 100mbs this is only 12.5 mb per sec, plus with over heads you will be lookin a lower speeds. | |

It won't affect the 'wired' transfer but it may be that your computer just decides to use the wireless instead of the wired i.e. its not actually using the wired at all | |

When you connect up by ethernet make sure you disable your wireless. | |
