It does get on well with ESX once you've hardened the boxes and killed loads of resources that always ask for CPU time - and you've done the svga bux fix. | |

Server 2008 doesn't get on too well virtualized (like on Virtual PC or Sun VirtualBox)... Seems to be find on Virtual Server though | |

If Server Manager isn't playing ball with you and its a virtual machine, then its usually down to insufficient or mismatched resources. | |

ocsetup is what you need. Or, server management from the start menu? | |

ok after a bit of digging it seems to be "optionalfeatures.exe" but sadly doing control appwiz.cpl,,2 comes up with the following error | |

You trying it through Server Manager > Add Features > MSMQ Services? | |
