What exchange are you under?

Sky should be able to provide you even if they dont have thier equipment in the exchange. They just rent the equipent off BT instead. So your effectivly getting BT wholesale broadband for the cheap sky rate.

Any suggestions?

BT. They own everything, the fix everything. Im sure some people will disagree, but then, every provider will prove to be different in different areas.

Never had any problems in 3 years.

May be better to ask local people :)
