I would disagree. In Reader 8 you click on the image. Then a box pops up and you click copy image.

Aye in Adobe Pro just follow:

Document > Pages > Extract and select the page number and it will create a new PDF with just that page.

open it up in Photoshop then if you just want the image, it'll ask wat page to open, you choose the page and then crop or whatever you need to do, if you dont have photoshop then use Acrobat Professional 7.0 and use the advanced editting tools, if you dont have that then your fucked :P Could just screenshot if it its just for email/web

You can open it in photoshop and choose the pages and then resave them, or if you have Acrobat 7.0 Professional then you can delete the pages you dont need or resave the pages you need etc
