Can get a 512 for £20 from ebuyer.

Guy at work has one he is going to look it out and give me a shot if he can find it so might not need to buy one.

Cheers paul but think i'll ust get the stick, since I lost all my photos and got them back there is only 392mb's worth anyway as lots were damaged. Plus few vids...

Network cable total cost will be crossover cable £2 network card £7 each (need two).

Far cheaper and easier than faffing about. No need for any expensive netowkring hardware either.

You could take the harddrive from the old PC into the new one to copy the files.

dunno mate..:( was trying so i didn't have to have both set-up at once..

it's only about 500mb worth too...

got zip drives i could copy too but don't know anybody else with a zip drive to save to there pc and then could write them to disc....:(

i'll check out the prices...

how muchos?? and best place..

got my new pc today, need to save photos and vids to put on new pc.

this pc can't write to disc, new pc doesn't have a floppy drive???

any ideas
