Get AIDA32 (may take some lookin for) it has a memory bandwidth benchmark, I get around 4.7gb/s bandwidth on mine at home.

Just changed the RAM for now. I've changed the frequency in the BIOS from AUTO to 400. I think it's running at 400 anyway :lol:

i need to sort my pc out so i can run games tidy with out making it have a physical memory dump everytime :lol:

Is your motherboard actually driving the RAM at 400MHz though or have your upgraded that and your CPU too...

You can't just change the ram and it'll be quicker -- 400MHz ram just means it CAPABLE of running at 400MHz...

Does anyone know of a little Memory Speed Test program i can download to check the speed of my memory :boggle:

Just upgraded to DDR 400 but i can't see any diffrence :o Had 512 266 and upgraded to 1024 400.
