EBC have said to give them a clean to get any brake residue off them to make sure thats not causing the juddering, or is that just pish?

My EBC dotted and grooved discs have warped. (So I believe)

So they need to be tested. But i was asked first to give them a clean to make sure no brake pad residue has built up and causing the juddering.

What can i use to clean them? Alcohol? White spirits? Or something specific?

Havnt had a look at them yet. But might aswell give them a clean anyway.

They need put back on the car to get tested by the garage. So need to clean them tonight.

Just taking them back to the garage that fitted them i think.
