Yep. Said cause it was early hours they couldn't speak to insurance to check, so told him to drive home? Strange advice.

Told him he has no insurance yet he is to drive it back to Leeds? Strange advice from Brighton's constabulary there :lol:

Apparently not according to Brighton police. They pulled him last night and told him cars dangerous and because "mods" aren't declared insurance will be void, and have told him to drive back to Leeds. Unsure of what's happening now.
