[/quote] Well the more i think about and having conversation with a few people makes me think it was a faulty ball joint because if I change to post 97 ball joints all i'm doing is moving the bolt fitment (on the arm) and that isn't the actual problem! The pin itself is the problem (which is the same diameter on pre and post ball joints) I think its a manufacture problem..... or cheap metal as they arn't genuine items! Although I do have everything here to change to later ball joints [/quote]
