Find out where the multi plug that isnt going to anything was before the rebuild. It must go somewhere and chances are it is your problem.

Have you plugged everything back in? Have you reconnected all the earths? Including the ones on the inlet manifold?

wel saying that i removed the injectors and cranked it over and they were not spraying fuel so there cant be a pulse , so confused lol

its a x16xe that i have just rebuild , eveything worked fine on removal except the 8 bent valves , thats why i cant see anything being broken as all my sensors and ecu worked fine ti begin with , any other way of checking injector pulse?

Not necessarily, a noid light is a small light bulb you plug into the injector loom and as the inject it flickers. Dont place the blame on components without first checking them!! Check the injector pulse, if they aren't pulsing then check the crank sensor output, etc etc. You WILL find the problem, just apply some logical thinking, or pay a competent auto sparky to do the job. What engine etc is it?

and also would i be able to feel the injectors pulsing through my fingers?

What Nic said, put a noid light on them and crank it over, bet they are not pulsing. The ECU receives a sig from crank sensor and switches them. Its not hard, fault find it.

Dont waste your time doing anything else til you find out if they are pulsing.

a noid light???
so if they aint pulsing its either my crank sensor or my ecu at fault?

i have been told about this if its not presurised enough the ecu wont bother spraying it into the head?

but like i said everything worked fine prior to rebuild

just looking for advice on things i can check on my own

when i crank it over a couple of times them go and diconect the (feed) fuel line it is certinly presurised as it sprays back at me , in my opinion its a electrical fault somewhere . so if anyone has any ideas they wll be greatly appreciated!

Injector loom ok?

Seen strange that all four would go at once.

what i done was i unbolted the fuel rail and removed rail with injectors attached , turned engine over and there was no spray , so i pored a little petrol into each bore cranked it and it fired , so im presuming its because the injectors are not spraying fuel into the head

they were fine when removed and iv been careful with them so i doubt all 4 got blocked during rebuild i could be wrong though

my injectors are not spraying fuel i presume its just presureising in the rail and going back to the tank ? anyone got any ideas as to what causes this?
