Will the clutch just go?

I know the boss will not spend money on this unless he has to!! I use the van to commute and visit customer sites - i.e, tomorrow will do 200 miles there abouts.

if its the release bearing then its a new clutch kit and possable fork.

if its a cable then its just a cable.. complete ball ach to do but its the easyer option.

will need doing soon tho fella

 Yeah, well we pushed it out of the junction then sat and pondered on it for a bit with the pedal stuck to the carpet. Managed to get it moving in first then it's easy enough to change gears. Luck was on my side getting back and all the lights were on green  Got it sorted for £80 all in, which I thought was fair as it looked like an ass ache that I couldn't be bothered with.

Quick thinking, I switched off, into 1st and kangeroo'd across the junction

Count yourself lucky. My clutch pedal snapped on the A3 the other week and left me stranded in the middle of a crossroad in rush hour  Common fault apparently.

Fixable Richard or does it need a new clutch kit?

Richardhhha

is it a pull clutch'd belingo or is it a hydrolic system as they in all esance are partner vans.

normaly its the release bearing breaking up and getting jamed in the pressure plate

Buy a Defender. Clutches on them are light as a feather.

On me Belingo the clutch is quite stiff and starting to make my foot hurt after the 600 miles a've done so far this week. Is this something that can be changed if i take it to a garage? I don't wish to look like a cock
