If you take care of them, proper warm up and down procedures and fluid changes, they'll go well beyond the 60k "limit". There's one on RX7Club which has just hit 120k if I remember rightly. I'd spend my 6k on an FD, they look great and have the power to match. AND, you pay only £120 a year tax. ;) As for the hairdryer comment, you must have heard some with shitty exhausts CN.
