quote: Hairdryer works quite well but takes a bit of time, I used dental floss when the glue was tacky and eased it off, white spirit or a bit of petrol will do the job but be prepared to buff hard. Once all the glue is off use a bit of polish on the area as the imprint of the badge can get left behind

heat them to make the glue tacky and then peel, remove residue with thinners )longest and most depressing bit so be patient) and then tcut and polish

imo a bets thing to use is an old credit card or something like it. it has cornered edges and is quite thin so ideal for the job

the vauxhall griffin badge in the centre of the boot has locating pins, so if you remove it leaves holes in the boot lid
