How does a floating bell help you stop? :o

tbh, the brakes are a good idea. When fully loaded, it will help it stop much better.

the van pictured is a new Thurlby Van with the T9 options apart from the Compomotive wheels and Magnex exhaust

old 888 van was built by 888 racing

888 coupes built be 888 racing

888 sport hatch diesels - built by thurlby (dearlership)

T9 - buit by thurlby

dont get the two mixed up ;) Is this van a new van or a second hand one with the T9 options on it?

i remember the old 888van that was quite cheap IIRC with the z-let in it.

But there has been a Red MK5 Astravan with a VXR kit etc since that, dont know who made it though, whether it was just private or if Thurlby did it

yer i dont hear of there been of any problems with the 888 sport hatches.

And this is kind of essentially the same thing

I mean the original 888 van, had the same arches/splitter as the 888 Astra coupes did, and a 239bhp Z20LET.

I can see that being a troublesome car, but not one with a basically standard engine with a remap :boggle:

Needs VXR front bumper then it would be job done.

I might become a plumber :look:

either Thurlby or someone private did a red VXR styled Van, dont know if thats the one thats been mentioned??

The last van they built was a Z20LET wasn't it? The red one they built for the motor show?

That's a completely different ball game to a tuned CDTi, they've knocked out hundreds of them so far (200 888s, plus the T9s) and not had any problems AFAIK.
