Originally posted by SRi_Si Which bit is the top inlet?
all depends on how you intend to drive the car and how far you want to go
Originally posted by Adam-D hang on, so if you fit a x16xe upper inlet to a x14xe it makes it faster?
cant say for 100%,as iv got from a standard x14xe inlet to a mantzel to a lexmaul to a x16xe upper inlet but the theory is there, if the lexmaul can add power making the upper inlet a different shape but keeping the standard 6ft of inlet, fitted a larger ported inlet off a x16xe to a x14xe will have some sort of effect. one thing i did notice - the lexmaul ports are x14xe size, (where it bolts onto the lower inlet) where as the manztel were x16xe size. So there a restriction on the lexmaul if fitted to a x16xe!!!! [Edited on 21-10-2007 by warren.g]
