any idea if a petrol station would sell this? and is it just a case of spraying it in the lower manifold?

such as engine flush etc.?
My car is going in to the gargae tomorrow to hopefully get it running properly.
I thot i would clean the throttle body and the egr tonight before it goes in and have found the throttle body to have small holes to sensors etc, badly choked up. There is one hole that goes to the bottom of the lower inlet manifold that has alot of build up around the edges on the manifold side.
Whats the best way to get this cleaned out without removing the lower inlet manifold?

cheers
