thanks, how much ya think a bodyshop would charge to spray a car if i was to provide paint!?

It depends on the size of the car and the type of paint...

Using a corsa as an example.
If the car was an normal every day colour ie a solid or metalic... you would need 2-3 litres of basecoat... we usually always go for 3, this allows for 3 heavy coats over the car and all parts.
If its flip paint then you could still get away with 3 litres... but in our experience 4-5 litres is best as this paint works on a, the more you use the better the effect basis.

4 litres mate...thats includin engine bay,door shuts,boot shuts, etc

Depends on the effect, for some flips you only need a litre, others you need about 2... If you want a really crazy effect then you need more... All depends.

about 2L but you'll need 2L of base coat as well. About £25/Litre
