As far as I know when you sign up you are required to select what dialing code you are still. It also states which network the dialing code is for ;)

You can guess, ie. 07866 same as me as Orange. Number might be carried over from an old contract though, and not with the same provider.

You could always wait until thier battery goes flat and see what the voicemail message says.
