Is it on every popup window or just Autotrader?

MY computer wont load javascript windows, you know when you get a link that you click (for example if your viewing cars on autotrader) to open a window thats java, it opens a box but says error and nothing loads, its infuriating though because its not like i can 'copy shortcut' and paste it into a new page....

Has anyone got any ideas what it might be? Im assuming its the browser but i have updated the browser and its still the same....

Ben.
