On the XE? You'll want to modify the internals of the airbox quite a bit to get the most out of it, the standard airbox basically just acts as a reservoir of stagnant air for the throttle body. Even on full chat, the air is very turbulent and doesn't take the most efficient route. Getting cold air to the plenum chamber is only part of the problem, getting it filtered and into the engine is where there is the most room for improvement.
