yer have spoke to em kerry, car should have been sorted now, they kinda slipped it into the conversation.

I have used the garage for years and they have always been fair so i want it orted without causing to much unwanted hassle.

Its te new owner that is being unreasonable

AFAIK If the company is still in existance (regardless of it's ownership) then the warranty is with them. If it's been wound-up, gone bankrupt, etc. then unless the warranty was underwritten by an insurance company (who will entertain the claim for your warranty work cost), then your warranty is no more, but IANAL.

only thing i can think of is call citizen advice when they are open or try and find their web site if they have one

If a garage has done work on my car , they changed a clutch which was faulty under warranty. This happens again. So there must be another problem that has been missed it seems. :|

Problem is the company have changed hands? The day i took the car back which i was unaware of till today.........

How do i go about getting this sorted if there saying the warranty is basically void as the old company is no longer :(

any advice welcome :boggle:
