ok think ive found the perfect solution so far. this is my opinion only using only the parts i have bought

ive have a combination of 60mm lowering spinrgs,i 35mm lowering springs and 40 mm rear lowering springs
full set of apex shocks, koni yellow front shocks and new standard rear shocks.
after lots of chopping and changing ive been using the full 60mm springs, apex rear shocks and koni front shocks, however i changed the rear springs to 40mm ones so its now got a 60/40 drop, so much better now, sticks to the road a lot better now, nowhere near as bumpy, would recommend this spring combination to anyone.

also got a antirole bar of base model, think its 18mm as thicker ones are shite in the wet, ordered a whiteline 24mm i think it is rear antirole bar.

it also improved the brakes funnily enough raising the back, also stopped them locking up as down 60mm the bias valve couldnt be adjusted enough.

anyone got any gen on front strut braces? do they actually do much?
gonna change th rear shcoks for koni yellows too at some point.
