yes, stupid thing was wired up with doorbell wire, no fuses, bits of bodywork kept falling off and doors didnt work. then it decided to set itself on fire because there was no grommet in the doors they fill up with water.

water+doorbell wire+ electric= fire :lol:

best advice I can give is to do it properly. dont bother with just chucking in a 100k miles smoky old oil burner from a scrappy and expecting it to work well, it wont.

get it rebuilt, use a good fitting kit (ask Linch about the one I supplied him) and get it fitted properly. I spend hours putting other peoples shoddy conversions right.
