1- Lift car
2- Remove wheel
3- Remove arch bolts
4- Remove arch
5- Mark line just below the arch bolt holes (follow line of arch)
6- Using grinder/hacksaw/junior hacksaw/jigsaw (with hacksaw blade) or air hacksaw and follow the line you made
7- Sand down any rough edges
8- Using rubber mallet or lump hammer and block of wood, twat the inside edge of the arch all the way round to slightly flare it.
9- Paint the bare edge of the arch to stop rust
10- Mark line on the plastic arch cover
11- Cut along line witth hacksaw
12- De-burr the plastic
13- Put it all back together but remove the top two arch bolts and bond with tiger seal (available at all good hardware stores

Repeat for other side.
