Can you not just buy the ring pictured then have it modified to suit?

This is the ring she wants but in gold. The middle stone being white and then the other two being a emerald colour and a aquamarine colour (birth stones of the children). She does have a budget of around £400. She was talking to someone who would do it but they have just let her down so she is back to square one.

Lots of different things to consider when designing jewellery. What metal you want, whether you want any stones, engraving etc. Prices can vary a lot depending on those factors. Are there any jewellers local to you that do bespoke work?

As the title says. The mrs wants to design a ring for her mothers 50th. No idea really where to start, she has the ideas just not sure where to go or the prices. cheers
