take a pic of the bias valve before u lower it, or get a pic of one from a unlowered corsa, then adjust urs to match! its on the rear drivers side

Any other ways of testing the brake balance without slamming on the brakes. I now that sounds stupid.

springs dont break because they are too low - just get a new set of front or rear springs for it

cos its having its mot, and it failed because one of the springs has broke, so this 50mm spax kit wont be as low as at the moment?

quote: u car is lowered (spring & shox) 60mm at the mo, so may i ask why you are buying a 50mm spax kit? and also do you not think manufacturer's take into account engine waith when deciding on the spring drop & poundage

to solve the brake valve problem you can make up a bracket to take the valve back to a normal ish position, there is a guide on how to do it in the Haynes Modifiing Corsa Book

The brake problem is with the brake bias valve, it works by how much load is in the car, as the suspension goes down as it should when loaded the valve opens and brakes more at the rear, lowering fools it into thinking ya got a heavy load and puts full brake pressure to the rear which aint good when the rear is in reality light.
