get rid of the cat. also to increase flow get rid of the standard manifold and get a 4 brancher. A costly way of getting better sound but it works.

I've got a 1.2 16V with PVD panel filter and drilled airbox - doesn't sound much different than standard. Not much you can do with a 1.2 unless you get a full zost system.

The Bfo cone, sounds soo good, u boot it in first and second and it roars i tell the, it sounds even better with my exhaust.

havent tried the bfo myself but i had a k&n cone and thought it was shit because it kept on sucking too much hot air. i couldnt be arsed to build a heat shield or anything so i went back to an airbox and drilled it with a k&n panel filter. to be perfectly honest i dont think there is much difference in any performance or that much in sound. i guess its nice to know that its a quality filtering element. thats about it, hope it helps matey!

panel filter id say and also on the inside of the airbox lid is a tapered pipe
remove this pipe and it increases airflow

Sadly ive got a corsa b 1.2i 8v with an incredible 45bhp :( If i cant go fast ive decided i can atleast sound fast, ive already drilled my airbox which made a bit of a difference when hitting about 4000 revs and above, ive now got two options :-

1. Buy a panel filter, but will this affect noise in anyway???

2. Say goodbye to even more performance and get an induction kit, maybe try and figure out a way of shielding from heat

What you guys reckon, Cheers, Jamie :D
