To be totally honest with u, and no disrespect to u, but u will end up respraying it more than once coz of insufficient sanding.

even tho the bottom half is already smooth and painted, sand down to get rid of scratches etc. Fill any cracks or defects properly.

Adam - DO NOT USE LAQUER. Glacier white is a solid, and usin laquer will just make all ur hard work go to pot, turning it cloudy and crap.

dont think u need it, u get a high uality finish from t-cutting it and polishing it . There might b benefits of using laquer so al ask him when hes online and get back to u ...

i've got a black corsa 'c', and im wanting to colour code the bumpers (its an SXi - so it just has small parts on the bumpers/skirts/arches) which arn't colour coded........ anyone know how much i'd be looking at to get this professionally sprayed?

my suggestion is that try mirrors first... theyre lot smaller and when you learn, bumber will look even better than mirrors! cos its quite big area if you havent done it before...

before primer, a low grit, like 300-400, between coats 1200
