weld back plate and stub axles to the end plate of the corsa beam

attach wheel bearing (On disc) or wheel hub then disc dependin on what uve got

attach calipers and away you go!

Would be easier getting a non abs cavalier 2.0 with the similar wheel bearing setup as the corsa since the wheelhub fitting is slightly trickier

Any help on how hard, long and what is needed to do the conversion.

Is it much different to a front end conversion???
