 - you need to negotiate, you dont have much luck do you :)

I want to get the Facia Panel, so I can have a single DIN, I know you can get them in black and silver, but they are the wrong colour for my Corsa C, as it has the newish Blue/Silver effect..... where can i get the exact paint so it matches perfectly.... thanks

I bought the double Din pins from Halfords and they didnt work. So i took it to my Vauxhall dealership and they pulled it out for me with Vauxhall clips.

Since then i've taken another Corsa C HU out. The way i did it was cut single DIN clips in half so theres a clip to go in each hole, i then could feel each one click into place correctly.

when i insterted the coathangers into the holes i could feel it 'engaging' the locking mechanisms. then i gave the HU a wiggle n a pull. Simple

What I did was take it to my Vaux (Holden) dealer and they pulled the unit out for me for no charge.
They should do it for you if they are having a good day.

ive pulled out those allen srews n they seem to be ornamental. they didnt hold onto anyting. i got to the point where alot of the dash was stripped so i could get to the back of the unit but still no success.

With those stereo pulls, they are those metal 'keys' to release locking mechanisms.. yeah? where are u suposed to insert them.

Cheers

Take out the 4 screws in each hole. You will need an allen key. Get double-
DIN stereo pulls and pull it in a left to right motion.
Good Luck.
