your spare is only a temp thing, so it dosent matter really what size it is
we had a Fiesta RST that had just got 4 flats (long story) so we drove about and got that wheels we could and it ended up with :-
1 x 16" TSW Blade
1 x 15" escort RST Standard wheel
1 x 14" Fiesta 1.25' 4 spoke thing
1 x 13" Escort Mk1 Rally 4 spoke
got the car home and worked fine (temp thing car was off road until the 4 flats where sorted)

I'd guess the 13" would be ok on one of the rear wheels.

I wouldn't like my 2 driving wheels to be different though, it would go to one side!

the differnence in actual wheel & tyre diameter will be minimal, so yes it is fine

Once i've chanegd my 13" wheels for 14s is it worth keeping the 13" spare wheel in the boot?

Is it ok to drive on one smaller wheel if i got a flat?
