Try and contact Pheonix Gold U.K direct and have a chat with them, dealers tend to bump the price up for being 'middle men'. I have an Alpine 7998R headunit which cost me £650. It broke down during its warranty period and sent in back to Alpine, through my local dealership and was assured that their would be no cost cos it was under warranty. | |

i have a phoenix gold amp, XS6400, and i think its internally damaged, i rang sextons and aparently it sounds like the internal voltage protection unit is gone, and they'll charge me £140 to get it fixed. dont suppose anyone else would have a good suggestion? i know its the amp at fault cos ive swapped it for a new amp and it works fine. |
