Knackered battery is the most obvious thing.

You could also try cycling the locks between locked and open with enough power in the battery, not sure if there's a procedure as such but I know it will sound if the unlock signal wasn't present and you set off the ultrasonics in the interior light if its a standard system.

Just got my car back from Bodyshop, was there for around 3 months or more, picked it up today had to be started with jump leads, not sure how long battery was flat for, car drove fine whole way home no problems, parked up and turned of ignition and the both doors locked immediately before I got out and the alarm started beeping.

Door handles etc were removed for painting but apart from that nothing else was touched.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
