It's not lambda control and thermostat and wiring to it is new, I can now start the car by disconnecting the fuel pump and then when it's running I connect it back up and runs sweet so not sure could it be fuel
Pump relay not shutting off?

Fuelling is controlled by a number of things, coolant thermostat hooked up? Lambda sensor in the exhaust and wired up?

Never Tried that with the live from the battery, i think the problem has always been that it's flooding and fuel relay works fine double clicks and looks new and wiring to it is fine, think it could be fuel injectors

It will over fuel if you've done what I said, that was just to help narrow down the problem. Sounds like a dodgy fuel relay possibly

I think it's overfueling now haha

run a wire from the positive of the external fuel pump wiring to a battery and run the car a couple times and see if that sorts it. that will bypass the fuel pump relay and just make it work

It clicks twice so does that mean it's working?

Try running a live wire from the fuel pump to the battery, if it starts and runs fine it's a faulty fuel relay

Those codes relate to throttle switch (72) and hall effect switch (93), according to this site:
