I've got one of these, 3A which should be loads. If in doubt see if there's a fuse on the back of the radio.

Get a power supply from a desktop computer, usually does the trick

Hi I have got my old 6*9s and car stereo in my room as music player.

I have a power adapter connected and its not that powerful, goes off with too much bass, what is the ideal adapter power ratings to go by?

Current

230v
50hz
140mA
10v 1.2a
