Inspection light is something else, condition of your heater wiring is not monitored.

Sub wiring - who knows. It needs someone under there looking at it, not guesswork on the internet. I'm just telling you cars catch fire with the heater wiring is dicky.

Yeah thanks I have seen them, yes would be best option to get whole thing just not till I know what problem is. it has inspection light come on when I turn ignition didn't before, but cars been serviced?

Could me having a sub bee reason for wires maybe to come loose?

Have a look at this -

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw=corsa+d+heater+resistor

You will see the resistor which is the green bit, that is the most likely point of failure but you can also buy the wires and the motor as the wires will sometimes burn out and need replacing and the motor can sometimes be the cause of the problem as when that starts to fail it will draw more current which is what causes the resistor to get hot.

Does need a bit of a strip down to diagnose but it won't be difficult to get the parts once you know what it wants.

Lol Taylor why does it seem like spam to you?

Thankx Ian, I have a Corsa d, 1.4 Design, 2010.

Thankx sounds complicated, Hopefully will eb able to sort it out. Wrong time for this problem, thought this corsa would be different to other cars falling apart bit by bit!

Heater resistor has failed, if you tell us which model someone will tell you how to get to it and what to buy.

Hi, wrong time for this, well last week I had my car in bodyshop not even sure if this guy did half he said he did or not, however he does claim to of gone threw my fuses to find faulty one, just thought Id add this as might help. Nothing else has been change.

So as above, the heater doesn't work again, it did this last week and after a fiddle on temp, direction of air flow etc put it back to normal speed and it worked. But not its totally dead, only works on level, speed, 4.

any ideas thankx?
