think so, the part number is the same on my 1.6 c16se as the one on a 1.2 8v engine, might be just 8v's that are the same though
||posted on 11th Jul 12 at 19:23|
are the 1.6 ones the same? i got a spare lying around, i know it works as it came off my old engine
||posted on 11th Jul 12 at 19:04|
try the one off the 1.4, they are all the same anyway
||posted on 11th Jul 12 at 17:57|
that one thing i always do it take pics to remember, iv tryed everything now im gonna look for a cheap coil pack first just in case if not im gonna look for something else
||posted on 11th Jul 12 at 17:53|
Pretty much the same as the 1.2. Probably not worth giving up on this engine yet if you've done all the work. Will be a silly thing. Check everything again, did you take a before picture for position of the breathers and vacuum hoses before

||posted on 11th Jul 12 at 08:10|
Head deffo wents of mixed water, all fuel leads on correctly, and ht leads this why we so confused, loads people it could be thee coil pack has gone but I'm not buying one if its not if you get me, was looking for some to try there part
||posted on 11th Jul 12 at 07:20|
You sure the head gasket had went, not a worn cam?
||posted on 11th Jul 12 at 06:21|
Are the ht leads on right. Sounds like you could of got them mixed up
||posted on 11th Jul 12 at 05:52|
Did you torque the head bolts up correctly?
||posted on 10th Jul 12 at 21:59|
if it was ok before you stripped it I'd assume its something not put back on right rather than something else broken, fuel lines back on the right way? all electrics connected? do you get an eml light?
