why dont you just loosen it off the pedal box and clean it all up and silicone it, will look 100 times cleaner than all the under seal

Seeing as I'm doing one at work today. Get all the crap out the way to this stage..

Then clean it all and de grease, dry it off. Get a paint brush and underseal and get it lashed on. Not pretty but does the job. Make sure you get plenty right in the bottom corners as thats where it usually comes in.

No need. I take off the scuttle, washer bottle, take the pollen filter holder off (will need to take the battery off), wiper rack then take off the drain flap on the bulkhead, you can get the brush through there for the corners and plenty of room for the rest.

Make as much room as possible for yourself, remove scuttle etc, give it all a good clean and de-grease and then get a brush and put a load of underseal on all round the seal.

That's what we do at work, does the job fine.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe there should be any water in the servo in the first place!
