Well i picked up everything thats in your picture from a tigra from a scrappy (all wiring and switches included) for.......... wait for it............ FREE........

Oooops, it all kinda fell into my pockets and i forgot to take em out until i was out the scrappy.......... silly me :D

Anyway, i havent a clue if they'll fit easy or not, but i'm gonna give it a try.
Haynes manual is shite for wiring etc...

The latest developments with the windows for those who are interested:

I phone the places above in this thread about new window mototrs and regulators.
They seem to be going for about £40 each, which is a nightmare because I now have two sets!

Anyway, Im picking up new mototrs and regulators for the 5dr model on Thursday.
But, the guy I spoke to said that the 5dr motors are different - that they only have a positive and negatice wiring and that the wiring was therefore different.
The Haynes manual says nothing about differences - the motors have a total of 4 wires in and out.

I'm still gonna try and have these wiring up for me on Saturday morning. I'll tell you all how it goes!

After Saturday if all goes well, I'll have the 3dr motors and regulators up for sale - so get your bids in fast!

Would it be easy to fit these regulators onto the motors that I already have?

Or is it easier to buy new motors with the correct regulators?

I noticed that the motors are attached by screws but it says the sprng loading of the mechanism thing means it will buckle if not properly secured - which Haynes don't tell you how to do!)

The part numbers for the ones you need appear to be:
90 444 380 and 90 444 379

The part numbers for the regulators that I have are:

90 481 774 and 90 481 773

I take it these are not suitable. What are the correct part numbers for the regulators that I need?

Thanks for ANY help on this!

Bad news I'm afraid, the 3 door and 5 door regulators are different (just checked EPC) and they are different to manual ones aswell, you'll have to get em off of a 5dr GLS or CDX or somethin with leccy windows as standard. Speak to Allvox in Alfreton 01773541174 or Megavaux in sandiacre 01159497007

This is gonna get a lot of views 'cos its got "electric windows" in the title ;) but hopefully somebody can answer it for me as well!

I have got 2nd hand mototrs from a '94 Sport (3dr) and want to fit them onto my 99 Club (5dr). I know that the 5dr''s have smaller doors so am wondering if the arms that move the window from the 3dr will fit the 5dr.

Can anyone clarify whether they will or not. The arms are shown below:

Thanks.
