after the non return valve cut the plastic pipe off it. then use a piece of rubber hose to jubilee clip onto return valve then down to the L bend onto manifold | |

put them in hot water so they expanded a bit then forced it in and jubbileed it, can't get it out unless I heat it up again :lol: | |

i went to the scrap yard and got a few off other corsa's... you'll be surprised how many different ones are on different engine corsa b's!!! just get one that seems to look ok.. i bought two for like a fiver and fitted the one that fitted best | |

the pipes are plastic though not rubber? how did you get it to form a good seal over that? | |

I put one of those pipe joiner things inside each of the pipes then put some jubbillee's round for good measure and then taped it up in insulation tape so it's not noticable | |
