To anyone who has the torque tube, what would you say the build quality is like?
How easy was it to fit?

Looking at either the Velos Torque Tube or perhaps a Manzel PowerBox

The torque tube is an uprated inlet manifold.

VxlSCC is the Vauxhall Sports Car Club - www.vxlscc.co.uk

The power delivery is different on the Lexmaul item - the maximum power GAIN isn't at maximum power, and you gain 10-15bhp throughout the entire rev range, whereas with the Mantzel etc. you need to rev it hard for the extra power.

I have the Torq Tube on my x16xe - I gained 21bhp with the TT for £275. If you want the TT fitted, the cost is £445.
However, if you are a member of the VxlSCC, Velos will gine you 5% off those prices;)

Joff should be able to help you regarding the Lemaual item....wherever his is?

whats the difference between say the velos tube and a lexmaul inlet manifold? in terms of price and power gains?

also if i fit either of these with a full system and 4-2-1 manifold willi have to have the engine mapped or tuned and how much does that cost?
