Take these bits off/out;

Drill the lower section of the Airbox - Don't go near the lid with the Drill! :lol:

And I also took this part out that sits against the wing to leave a fully open section;

If I faff with the car at the weekend atall, I could get it off and take more pics if needed?

The drilled holes shown are 10mm

Just take the box out and drill holes underneath for gods sake :lol: Not sure about all this different sizes and numbers for tone etc, that's just over-complicating the simple task of drilling a few holes.

lots of small holes = raspy
a few big holes = deeper note

i think, might be the other way round.

but remove the pipe from inside the lid and inside the box too!

Or you could try some big some small

Imo, the best way is the remove all the shite inside so its just the box no pipes

remove the extra bit of box if your airbox has it

get a drill bit that you could maybe fit about 5 on the bottom, draw round it and do the same on the left side next to the wing

Then start off with a small drill bit in the centre of the big marked out holes, try it on and see what you think of the note

If you like it, fill in the gaps with more holes, if not use a bigger bit and redrill the original holes until you get a note you like :)
