if you have an alarm. Nath, then theres an interface kit on Maplin that you hook up to the alarm and the C/L unit. when u activate the alarm, it tells the interface kit to lock the doors and the c/u unit gets the message to lock - works the same for opening the doors when u de-activate the alarm, only about £14 i think

What kits r there that r just for remote central locking as my car has c/l anyway? I would want one which makes the hazards flash when activated and de-activated.

No idea what the microscan kit is like?! I just had slight prob with mine actuator started playin up, the guy of ebay that I posted link for just said send it back to me I'll send you a new one. Really good heavy duty kit! Alarm link is dead easy too, lock and open wires everything labled full wiring diagrams!

I got mine back last june off ebay and a user called autoeurope.com look at

http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?MfcISAPICommand=GetResult&ht=1&SortProperty=MetaEndSort&cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.co.uk%2Fws%2F&query=central+locking+kit&ebaytag1code=3&shortcut=2&currdisp=1&maxRecordsReturned=300&maxRecordsPerPage=50&SortProperty=MetaEndSort

The kit is first class, easy fit and they offer extras if you want such as remotes, boot actuators etc.

If u have installed/used a full remote central locking kit, not as standard from Vaux. what kit did u use? and would u recommend it?

I want to add C. Locking and Remote locking to my corsa. I was looking at the Microscan kit for £92...but thought i'd check ur views.
