Ah right, thanks. Its just when it was ticking over the other day and the fan kicked in, my uncle commented on how fast it was running - said it seemed slow. But I'd never paid attention to it before so can't compare it to before.

over cooling isnt possible unless you use dry ice. the cooler you can get the engine without going to low the better, a 9" slimline fan will be more than enough

Is there a cooling fan with greater cooling properties that you could fit to an x16xe?
Or is there a danger of over cooling? Is over cooling even possible?
