Yeh probably the switch mate. I had this problem. Took it out and cleaned it and all is fine now.

On the gearbox is a switch, brige the pins in it together, and reverse lights should come on, if they do you need a ned switch

gearbox mate, check the connection on the gearbox, it should be located at the front of the box, normally a blue plug

I've got a corsa B and the reverse lights aren't working. It's not the bulbs so I was wondering where they are connected upto so I can have a better look. Thanks
