Dont the old Pugs/Citroen's have a pin code immobiliser instead of an immobiliser in the key. Therefore nothing to get programmed. Unless it has Remote locking.

The actualy keys don't seem to go for much on eBay, but no idea on what the programming costs would be, and I expect a new key from the dealer rather than eBay will be a reasonable amount too.

I'd take a very rough guess at expect £100ish and be happy if it's less? :boggle:
