'there is still alot of pressure in my expansion tank and water empties out of it but if u open the bottle when the car has been runnin the water all burst's back in2 the bottle'

i was loosing water fro the expansion tank, only small amounts though. where the gasket had blown the fumes from the engine were getting in to the expansion tank causing really high pressure. After you have been out for a drive wait till your engine cools down and see if you have huge amounts of pressure in the expansion tank. 3corsameal you may just have an airlock or something

I had this problem, pissed me off for ages. In the end the problem was head gasket. Get a compression test done (i think thats what it is called)

up heater matrix is behind the gearstick just behind the bulkhead.

Sounds like liquid moving through the heater matrix to me.

Mine makes that noise but my exhaust fumes are fine. I doubt it'll be your head gasket. I've heard of loads of corsa's with this problem.
