Exactly the same way i did it

fishing wire was damn good, didnt need anything to heat the glue, the fishing wire jus took the badge right off and then the glue was easy enuff to peal off

Well when I did mine I just peeled the badge off with a little help from a screw driver, then got some tar remover onto the clue behind, then spent some time pulling the glue off and stuff, cleaned up the area, T-cut it all to get rid of the mess and I was left with a nice smooth finish, even though they left a line behined, but I will be getting new bump strips and colour coding them.

i also used some hot water and then some fishing line as well to get behind the glue. it takes time but worth it in the end.

u hardest thing i took off was the filler cap sticker....what a bastard!!! cut my thumb open in the process but like i said worth it in the end

U just need to take ur time and have some pactience.
I done mine last week, heated them up with a hair dryer and cut them off by sliding some fishing tackle behind them. Then more heat, a dry cloth, some elbow grease and a polish afterwards. Looks like they were never there! But i do still have a blister on me thumb!!
